Diego Rivera Presentation
January 13, 2008
An all EDS Assembly presented the
life, art and story of famous artist, Diego Rivera. The impersonator
dressed and spoke like Diego Rivera and captivated the students with his
excellent and lively presentation that included the oral story of the
Artist's life, plus slides and displays of many of his works of art.
Beautiful art murals made by all the
EDS students through the EDS Art
Program were displayed and will remain displayed in the Gym for all to
enjoy!

Diwali Celebration and Fundraiser at EDS
October 26, 2007
A fun after school carnival
celebrating the Indian Holiday of Diwali with arts, crafts, foods and Indian
Culture. This event raised several hundred dollars for EDS. Thank you to our
EDS Parents in who organized this terrific cultural event at EDS!
